Returns Policy

Every product sold by us carries a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty. In addition, when you make any purchase from borepumps.com.au you are covered by our own 30 day money back guarantee.   If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item that we have supplied, please call the warehouse and ask to speak to Rod, I own the company so I can usually fix any problem.  Items supplied on special order, assembled bore kits or indent items are not returnable and are non-refundable under any circumstances unless they are faulty.   

Warranty Claim

If your bore pump or any of the additional equipment has a problem or fails, please call the office and one of our staff will be able to assist.   Please do not pack equipment up and send it back, rarely is that required, call us first.   (02) 6732 6333.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, delivery fees apply.   Delivery in mainland Australia is a flat rate of $14-30 including GST unless detailed as otherwise.
